Chocolate Soup

Teresa from Whitesburg, GA calls this recipe “chocolate soup” because it’s so good her family eats it by the spoonful before it ever makes it to ice cream. Slowly melt 1 stick of butter over medium-low heat. Add 2 heaping TB cocoa powder and whisk about a minute until smooth. Add 1/2 cup half & half and 3/4 cup sugar, then stir for about 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. vanilla extract. Makes a great dip for fruit. Hide your spoons.
