Provence Pork Chops

Need a meal in a hurry? Try these tasty chops. Not only are they quick, they're bursting with flavor
AND are salt free.
4 4 oz. pork chops
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. herbes de Provence
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Brush both sides of the pork chops with olive oil. Mix together
the herbes de Provence, garlic powder and black pepper. Coat both sides of the pork chops with the
spice mix and place in the hot skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness
of the chops.
Prep. time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4
